The Engineering Challenge
Applied prompt engineering and generative AI workflows to develop EESHAN – The Protector, using structured prompting, contextual control, iterative refinement, multimodal generation, and output evaluation across a complex film-production workflow.
Architectural Strategy
Traditional film production requires large teams, specialized tools, and significant resources across writing, visual development, production design, and media creation. I wanted to explore how far a structured AI-first workflow could take an individual creator. The challenge was not simply generating content with AI, but maintaining creative consistency, intent, quality, and continuity across an entire film project.
Technical Implementation
I treated generative AI as a production collaborator rather than a one-shot generator. I applied Google Prompting Essentials principles through a repeatable Task → Context → References → Evaluate → Iterate workflow. I decomposed the film into smaller creative problems, supplied relevant context and references, experimented with prompting patterns, evaluated outputs against the intended creative direction, and iteratively refined prompts until the results aligned with the project. I also used multimodal prompting and different AI tools for different stages instead of forcing one model to solve everything.
